National Sales Manager - Building Products - GBP50K - GBP60K + 30% bonus.
National Sales Manager is required for an excellent supplier to the Construction industry. You will run a small team of 6 and be a very hands on Sales Manager in terms of seeing customers, these are typically split 50% Distributors ad 50% End-Users. Experience within a Building Product, Engineering or Safety equipment is ideal. Experience selling to Distribution and End-Users is a must.

Train and manage a team of 6 Area Sales staff / Business Development Managers
Actively win new business with Distributors and End-Users
Devise successful sales strategies
Sales forecasting
Present at company and external meetings

Able to devise and implement sales strategies
Sold to Distribution and End-Users
Sold a Construction or Engineering product
Live within 2 hours of Birmingham
