Facilities Manager - Soft Services - Doncaster - GBP30000 - Permanent
Your new company
You will be working for a facilities management provider as a soft services manager in Doncaster. The company provides cleaning, security and catering services.
Your new role
You will be working to ensure SLA's and KPI's are adhered to by both an in house team and external sub-contractors. You will be giving the client regular updates via recorded communication and ensure any concerns are investigated and rectified promptly. You will be required to work 40 hours per week.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have previously worked as a Facilities Manager and managed soft services. You should be a great communicator, have a passion for delivering an excellent service and be confident in managing people effectively.
