A fantastic temporary opportunity working for a successful company based on the outskirts of East Reading.

My client is currently looking for a Payroll/HR Administrator to assist them for approximately 3 months.

The ideal candidate would need to have previous payroll experience and some knowledge of HR and Pensions.

The overall purpose of the job is;

To ensure the accurate processing, coordination and completion of payroll. Act as the first point of contact for payroll queries. Manage the payroll reporting and returns to government agencies and Finance Team. Assist with HR administration.

The main duties of this role are;

* To maintain the Payroll and HR systems.

* Coordinate and manage payroll.

* Provide reports to the finance team.

* Reconcile and quality check payroll.

* Carry out payroll returns

* Manage the monthly BAC's

* Process P45 and P60's.

* Update Payroll and HR records.

* General Office Administration

The candidate must be available immediately and be available for the whole assignment.

Have worked in a Payroll and HR Administration role previously.

Be customer focused, professional, team player and flexible.

The hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

You must be a car driver, due to the location of the role.
