CAS Recruitment are proud to be recruiting a number of Crew Resourcing specialists on behalf of one of our prestigious European Aviation Clients who is rapidly expanding. If your currently a Crew Planner or Crew Controller that is seeking a fresh challenge and that would like to be part of a new forward thinking team that will redefine crew control and planning then read on.

Core Skills and competencies:
* Excellent communication skills

* Solid understanding of MS Office / Excel
* Hands on experience of working with Crew Training Requirements
* Working understanding of EASA FTL & necessary training requirements
* Solid understanding of specialist aviation software such as Sabre
* Understanding of union agreements.
Responsibilities:
* Working collaboratively with all team members and departments from crew control to pre-ops teams ensuring any training disruption is recovered in an efficient manner.
* Design crew rosters with sabre IAW EASA FTL regulations, FRMS policies and crew agreements.
* Fully utilise Sabre's systems to create fair, efficient and safe rosters to industry leading standards.
* Ensure sufficient standby crew coverage to meet operational demands.
* To identify choke points in any roster and utilise your creative skill to provide solutions while finding efficiencies.
* Plan all initial and reoccurrence crew training requirements for candidates in training and instructors.
* Design and deliver an optimised crew training plan that balances operational resiliency with delivery of qualified crew.
* Ensure all conference rooms / classrooms / simulator time is scheduled in accordance with crew truing requirements / plan
* Ensure that all trining records are updated and maintained within all relevant systems while monitoring Sabre to ensure all crew are operating with all required qualifications.
* Liaising with internal and external training providers ensuring all training requirements are met.
* Plan all crew vacation in line with crew agreements.
* Produce and review data to support continues development and improvement of crew scheduling / training plans.
* Analysis of all current flying programs to identify potential adjustments that could improve pairing efficiency for Crew.
