We are seeking a motivated and passionate Branch / Recruitment Manager to join our PMP Recruitment team at a brand new location in Chesterfield. We are looking for an enthusiastic Manager to lead a strong, efficient and professional Branch operation, to ensure the effective delivery of labour to our Amazon contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an increasingly growing and fast-moving national account. This is both a rewarding and demanding role with responsibility for managing a new Recruitment Branch supporting a new Amazon location.

Salary: GBP27,000 per annum

Your role as our Chesterfield Branch / Recruitment Manager:

  • Leadership and Management - Effectively manage a team, putting in place appropriate targets and objectives
  • Customer Focus - As our Branch Manager you will embed and promote a customer-centric orientation and ethos within the team
  • Team Development - Provision of consistent and regular performance coaching within the team to ensure they are all capable and high performing
  • Candidate Attraction - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the local labour market including competitor information to be able to drive intelligent candidate attraction. As Branch Manager you will develop and maintain strong links and relationships with local Job Centres and Work Placement Providers
  • Forecasting and Management of Requirements - Effectively plan high volume recruitment and manage the labour pool to ensure candidate flow is understood and fill rates are achieved
  • Cost Control - Development of the annual budget in conjunction with line manager
  • Data Recording and Reporting - Internal PMP reporting / KPI reports
  • Self Development - Ensure completion of PDR every 6 months. Be familiar, engage and positively contribute to Company communications

About You:

  • The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a track record in high volume recruitment and knowledge of the recruitment market in order to attract and retain the right candidates
  • You will have a strong desire for continuous improvement and a desire to succeed
  • Must have exceptional interpersonal and people skills - with a natural ability to lead a team

As the Branch Manager your typical hours will be from 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday. Although flexibility is required during peak periods.
