They have a fantastic opportunity for an Analyst to join their Business Intelligence Team here.

Responsible for the timely delivery of campaign selections and for evaluating the impact of those campaigns, you will work closely with the Marketing Team to drive CRM strategy across a multi-channel approach, maintaining and developing techniques to maximise customer value and increase ROI.

You will ensure that decision making within the business is data led, as well as improving our data capability, improving processes and developing technological solutions.

The Role:

Reporting to the BI Manager, some of the responsibilities of this great opportunity are:

• Deliver a robust campaign evaluation mechanism, ensuring all necessary test and control mechanisms are in place and that evaluation can take place across multiple channels.
• Ensure all campaigns are successfully delivered in line with campaign briefs and selections. Manage the campaign schedule, attend planning meetings, taking responsibility that data delivery dates are achieved.
• Ability to drive insight from data, assess the commercial/financial impact and recommend actions Sales & Marketing department.
• Deliver commercial and customer insight to support business strategy, empowering Sales & Marketing to drive strategy and innovation.
• Ability to consistently deliver accurate results to a high standard within tight deadlines.
• Confidence to report to key stakeholders – providing insight and recommendations, not just data.
• Encourage continuous improvement, looking to maximise our data capability through improvement of process and technology.
• Ability to influence and communicate to peers and colleagues, building productive relationships and communicating progress.
• Regular data maintenance to validate and identify data quality issue; liaise with business owners to ensure fixes are in place and monitor delivery.
• Manage day to day operational suppressions to ensure all customer communications comply with data protection legislation, internal suppressions and customer preferences.
• Proactively identify areas where our database, data processes and models can be enhanced to improve insight and reporting effectiveness

Their Ideal Person:

• Educated to degree level in a numerate or data-related discipline.
• Understanding of databases, must have direct experience in SQL.  Understanding of CRM systems is desirable.
• Substantial analytic and problem-solving skills with an understanding of multi-channel marketing.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Excel.
• Highly confident in dealing with large data files.
• Must be data driven with strong numerical skills and keen attention to detail.
• Flexible and approachable, with good problem-solving skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and customer focus
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
