They are passionate about providing excellent customer service… if you are too then this could be the opportunity for you!

Reporting to the Housing Services Manager, the Housing Services Assistant will play a key role in undertaking essential administrative tasks to support the Housing Services Team and the wider business unit.

This opportunity is ideal if you are looking at either a first role, after a career break, change in career direction, or, indeed, if you want to gain more experience in a professional environment.  It is a trainee role in which you will learn about administration and allocations with a view to moving on in the company at a future date.

This is a busy and varied role and you will work to provide an efficient administrative support for the team.  Your main responsibilities will be as follows;

  • The administration of all tenancy management processes including assisting with court/legal paperwork as necessary.

  • Inputting core data for the business, working to tight time frames.

You will love this role if you:

  • Put the customer at the heart of everything you do.
  • Are highly organised with great attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload in a reactive environment.
  • Take pride in meeting targets.
  • Thrive working in a busy team of like-minded individuals.
  • Can work without guidance and show initiative.
  • Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Key.

In return, you will be rewarded for your hard work with the following benefits;

  • Generous annual leave starting at 28 days, rising to 33 days after five years, plus an allowance for public holidays.
  • Free private medical insurance.
  • Contributory salary sacrifice pension scheme, up to a maximum of 10% of your salary.
  • Discretionary annual bonus scheme.
  • Learning and development opportunities.
  • Free life assurance cover.
  • Access to a confidential employee assistance programme.
