Working for the UKs largest property services group, our Property Inspector plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our Landlords properties are maintained and in good condition throughout the tenancy life cycle; so were on the lookout for those with an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for property!

This role involves visiting residential houses that are either currently let or that are vacant before/ after a Tenant moves in and out. The purpose of the visit is to provide a detailed report on the property condition, check for damages and identify any maintenance needed to maintain our landlords property.

The position is largely field based and so requires someone who enjoys autonomy, can work independently and is veryself-motivated. You will work with the tenants and Landlords and will be required to meet with them to maintain great relationships and provide excellent customer service.
