Cash Management - Payments

A fantastic opportunity has risen for a Cash Management Associate to work for leading brokers. The right candidate will be assisting trade operations management with payments, settlement processes as required.

Main duties:

• Processing external and internal payments out using the online banking system.
• Process all regular contributions and direct debits.
• Ensure all FX currency payments are processed daily.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliations discrepancies.
• Manage client enquiries relating to the receipt or payment of cash.
• Assist Trade Operations Manager in the maintenance and storage of accurate direct debit mandates.
• Ensure all asset and cash breaks assigned to the team are investigated and resolved in a timely manner
• Assist in the collation of all daily, weekly and monthly MI, KPI's and KRI's within Operations.

Experience/Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in financial services.
• Experience of payment processing via online banking systems advantageous.
• Effective and proficient communication and written skills.
• Understanding of CASS rule (is advantage).
• Ability to prioritise, be responsive, deal with ambiguity, and respond to changing environments.
