Coating Equipment Technician

My client who is looking to expand their team of a well-respected global manufacture and a leading international provider of highly specified materials, are searching for an experienced Coating Equipment Technician. With over thirteen years of expertise in their given field, my client is renouned for producing outstanding quality and service and applies these standards to all aspects of this vast company.

Your main duties will include:

* Liaising with management regarding daily processes

* Carry out planned maintenance of all equipment and solutions

* Planning and setting timescales to work performances

* Offer support and guidance on bespoke developments

* Work to varying process specifications daily

* Ownership and maintenance of your own coating equipment

* Encouragement of continuous improvements within the production process

* Fine attention to detail and stringent quality awareness

* Upkeep of/maintain health and safety procedures with all equipment and solutions

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a methodical approach to problem solving and ability to rectify a situation using their own initiative. You will have a through and confident understanding of this coating manufacturing process and will apply precision and dedication to all tasks required. It would be advantageous that have experience working with chemical products or treatment processes, although not mandatory and all training will be given. Due to the nature of the process all PPE equipment will be supplied.
