JR Personnel is an employment agency, acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Administrator
- To provide administration support for the team and support with key accounts
- Maintaining all administration systems and processes, generating and processing orders with suppliers, updating and inputting information onto a database
- To ensure that all supplier enquiries are dealt with in an efficient and knowledgeable manner ensuring an efficient and successful order process is achieved
- Organised and methodical
- Able to work within a team
- Reliable and hard-working and displays a flexible, willing and adaptable attitude.
- Excellent numeracy, written and oral communication skills
- Good knowledge of ICT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and email
- Buying experience
