An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sustaining Tenancies Officer to join their Housing Service team in Stafford.

In this role you will provide housing related support to Tenants deemed as high risk, in order to prevent tenancy failure. Additionally you will lead on developing, maintaining and creating awareness of the victim support service. With the ability to develop and implement new initiatives to help sustain tenancies for South Staffordshire.

You will be able to build and maintain partnership relationships with external bodies and represent the Association in the community and with other voluntary agencies.

The preferred candidate will have experience with internal and external partners to resolve complex issues. Experience of working with specialist support groups, including mental health, domestic violence and victims of anti-social behaviour and crime. You will also have good listening and communication skills and Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

Successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check
