Surgical Robotics is the up and coming industry that is going to take the medical device market by storm. Do you want to be a part of this change?

I am seeking credible clinical application specialists or those from a theatre nursing background that are looking for their next challenge.
The role
I am looking for a Clinical Support team member to join an up and coming organisation in the minimally invasive surgical robotics market with company culture, employee development and changing the surgical space at the heart of their organisation.

This organisation has been named in the Top 6 fastest growing business in the UK 2018 and their CEO has been named as CEO of the Year amongst other awards they have developed over the last 5 years of operating.

The candidate I am looking for will enable the maximum sales growth in devices for my client's surgical sector by providing training to customers, ensuring safe commissioning of the surgical devices and generating closer relationships with accounts to maximise use in each hospital.

The portfolio will be surrounding Surgical Robotics, their device will be used in theatre and general surgery for minimally invasive procedures.

The successful candidate will live in the UK and can be based anywhere and have a full UK driving licence, there is natiaonl and occosional international travel for this role so the succesful applicant must be flexible. The requirements
To be a successful applicant for this role; you need to live within the UK and have the following experience:
  • A strong interest to develop long-term with the organisation
  • Nursing/ODP/Medical/Science based degree 2:1 or above
  • Experience gained in handling, training and ensuring maximum output for surgical devices
  • Flexibility to cover UK wide territory with regular intervals away from home (3/4 nights)
  • Highly organised, self-disciplined with business acumen and the ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Full UK driving licence - Up to 5 points considered.
