Due to their continued success and expansion, an award-winning company based in Ipswich is currently seeking an experienced, high calibre and team spirited Learning & Development Specialist to join their busy HR department.
Supporting the Head of HR, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
* Developing knowledge, skills and behaviours to achieve organisational goals
* Delivering and evaluating training interventions as appropriate
* Assess training value and ensure resources maximise ROI
* Ensuring buy-in across the business through innovative and inspiring training events throughout the year.
* Providing HR Generalist back-up and support to the HR team as and when required
To be considered for this exciting opportunity applicants are required to be CIPD qualified to HR Advisor Level as a minimum, along with experience of working in a Leading & Development role in a professional environment. It is imperative that you have the ability to design, deliver and evaluate training sessions on technical and soft skills, along with being proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages particularly PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
To be successful in this role, you are required to display a passion for developing employee's and getting them to perform to the best of their abilities, along with the ability to inspire and influence others. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are essential to build effective employee relationships, whilst using resilience, drive, and persistence to overcome obstacles.
