The Role:
Adecco are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer/ Controller to work with one of our clients based in Dungannon. You and the Payroll Manager will be responsible for Weekly payroll for the company's employees.
Responsibilities:
* Preparation and processing of the weekly high-volume payroll.
* Experience with Payroll Software Systems.
* Ensuring accurate payroll is completed in the given deadlines
* Payroll reporting
* Work closely with HR to monitor staffing numbers: for example, new hires/retirement records
* Maintain and update payroll records.
* Communicate and liaise with Managers/Team Leaders on wages and other related queries on an on-going basis.
Requirements:
* Experience needed on full payroll procedures.
* Competent Excel skills.
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Numerical ability and data entry skills.
