An exciting opportunity for an experienced FMCG Manufacturing Manager to join our clients well-established and reputable Company.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Responsible for manufacturing output aligned with quality/cost/delivery KPI's

* Ensures adherence to GMP standards and MHRA/FDA requirements

* Drives a 'continuous improvement' culture throughout his/her team whilst creating an appetite for the same throughout other business functions.

* Creates a positive 'can do' attitude that focuses as much on the 'How' as the 'What' delivering results aligned with company values.

* Develops a high performing team capable of achieving World class results

* Has the ability to thrive in a pressured environment, with limited direction and broad responsibilities.

* Identifies root cause(s) of production downtime and introduce effective measures to rectify/improve.

* Develops and maintains robust manufacturing processes to deliver quality products in line with customer expectations.

* Promotes quality to his/her team as a key performance measure and ensure quality standards are at best maintained and improved where scope exists.

* Conducts regular appraisals/performance reviews for direct reports and ensure this process is effectively cascaded through the entire supply chain team.

* Takes responsibility for adherence to departmental budgets continually striving to reduce where opportunities exist

* Identifies opportunities for improvement/innovation and develops/implements action plans in conjunction with team to maximise potential benefits of such opportunities for the business.

The Benefits

* Salary is up to GBP55,000 dependant on experience.
