Property Litigation Lawyer
About the role and team
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Property Litigation team in Birmingham due to continued growth and success.
As a lawyer within this ambitious team that strives to make a difference, you will be acting for some of our key clients in a range of property-related disputes, including possession claims in respect of commercial premises; landlord and tenant asset management issues, such as dilapidations; forfeiture; break notices, recovery of rent; service charge disputes; alienation issuesand commercial lease renewals. You will also be expected to advise upon other property disputes concerning sale and purchase agreements affecting the development of land; rights of light; land registration issues such as adverse possession, easement disputes and restrictive covenants; trespass and nuisance.
About the candidate
We are looking for qualified lawyer with at least three years' post qualification experience within the areas above.
You will be a team player and wanting to further your career in a supportive, values and purpose driven firm, whilst gaining great experience working with a wide variety of our clients.
