Conveyancer
A regional law firm is seeking a Conveyancer to join their busy Conveyancing team at one of their offices in Hertfordshire. The firm will consider a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.
The successful Conveyancer will have at least 1 year's PQE managing their own conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion in private client freehold and leasehold sales and purchases and re-mortgages.
As a Conveyancer you will be used to dealing with a high volume of matters whilst working with minimal supervision, maintaining excellent standards of work, achieving set targets and adhering to client service level agreements. The ability to work as part of a team is essential together with excellent communication, organisational and typing skills.
