Ashley Kate are delighted to be working with a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Interim HR Administrator based in Sheffield. The role will be lasting between 6-9 months with a salary of between GBP20k-GBP23k.

Due to the urgency of the role, we are looking for an immediate start. You MUST have experience working in manufacturing or a similair environment.

Main Duties
??To provide sound administrative support to the HR function for the end to end employee lifecycle.
??Attend and take notes for disciplinary and grievance meetings, recruitment interviews and other HR meetings.
??Working closely with the managers to ensure they understand the importance of training and maintaining and updating training records.
??Making sure all staff members are booked on to the relevant training courses.
??Maintaining employee records within the HRIS and manually. Being the Interface between HR and payroll.
??Working hard to support the HR Manager in ensuring the company is on the right path for GDPR.

We are looking for
??CIPD level 3 qualified.
??You MUST have Experience working in the manufacturing sector or similar environment.
??Previous experience working a similar role.
??Excellent communication skills
