The Role
You will be joining a team of 2 Estimators (the 2 Directors also undertake Estimating)
You will be working on schemes ranging from GBP5-30m
Projects are exciting: The company undertake a lot of conversion works (converting offices into residential units). You will also be working on mixed use, health, leisure and education schemes
Are you right for the role??
You will have some form of construction qualification and will have experience working as an Estimator with a contractor or a consultancy
You will be dynamic, confident and will know what you are heading
Working hours 8-5
21 days holiday plus bank holidays plus Christmas shut down

You will live within 50 miles of hertfordshire
