They are looking for someone who wants to work at the "coal face" of Lettings supporting the front end of the business.
Working with the Lettings/Sales Team to find the right tenants , and "get them over the line"
If you like meeting people and helping them find their "dream home" then this is for you.
You will be
- dealing with any enquiries that come in
- administering the application process in a timely manner
- working with the Tenancy Administrator to get the property ready for occupation
- promoting the Company and their Property on Social Media
- General marketing of their portfolio
