We are currently seeking for crop workers for our client based in the Selby. Applicants should be aware they will be required to work in a Greenhouse environment, this is physical work in a warm environment. Transport is essential due the location.
* Full understanding of the process on the line; be able to demonstrate in deep knowledge of starting and shutting a plant
* Been able to do a tool change up to required time and standard.
* Good housekeeping control an area to make sure there are no hazards for employees.
* Team work and can-do approach as part of day to day routine is essential.
* Good communication with staff and cooperating with them to make sure quality product is produced.
* Quality and duty of care about our external customers and internal costumers as a priority. Any concerns in that matter need to be reported as soon as possible to wet end team leader or production supervisor.
Hours of work are Friday to Tuesday 07:30 - 16:30. Pay rate of GBP8.21 per hour and overtime is paid at time and half after 39 hours worked
