The client; is a supplier to various airlines (based in Luton, Bedfordshire). They are rapidly expanding and are looking to add to their project team.

The role; To support global implementation / projects including; new business strategies, processes, customer integration into the Global Retail Platforms

General duties include;

  • Design / order/ edit/ project and training materials
  • Coordinate, plan and prepare project activities / documentation
  • May get the opportunity for international travel (adhoc/ on-site support when required - approx. 10%)
  • Producing reports
  • Liaising / meeting with/ updating stakeholders and customers

We are looking for someone with these qualities / experiences

  • First class communication and relationship building skills
  • Able to produce Information and advice to a professional standard / PC literate including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • 12 months coordination/organisational experience - ability to plan, organise and execute workloads efficiently, whilst working to strict deadlines
  • Able to travel (adhoc international)
