There will also be occasional travel from time to time and aside form the usual day to day; you'll also be influential with organising graduate events, assessment centres and inductions!
What you'll bring
These are the skills and experience you'll need to set yourself up for success in this role, however we'd still love to talk to you even if you don't tick all of them:

- great stakeholder management and strong influencer skills are key
- you'll have used a variety of innovative sourcing techniques and channels to attract candidates across a variety of disciplines
What we'll give you
You'll get a benefits package which includes lifestyle benefits like flexible working, car allowance, gym discounts, a cycle to work scheme and even free fruit all week! You also get practical things like a healthcare cash plan and life assurance to give you some peace of mind.
We also take our corporate social responsibility pretty seriously and we believe in giving back to our community, so you'll get the chance to be involved in lots of fundraising events throughout the year. Our latest one is a company challenge to complete up to a 100km walk over 24hrs across the Peak District!
