As such, we've found ourselves needing a little extra help...
What we're looking for
We need a Resourcer to join our Life Science division.
Networking is your thing. You love connecting people and creating communities. You're naturally inquisitive and have a genuine interest in supporting candidates through to the best opportunities, all whilst providing our clients with the exceptional service they've come to expect.
Working specifically within the Pharmaceutical QA market, you'll be performing bespoke, targeted campaigns to attract the best possible talent for some of our key clients.
You'll be building up a strong network and creating a community, consisting of candidates both on and off the open market. You'll be pitching them better jobs with bigger fees.
You'll have the autonomy to be proactive, creative and innovative in your attraction methods. It's important to cut through all that recruiter noise - there's always heavy competition when it comes to great talent.
Naturally, you'll also be involved in a variety of different training opportunities with our in-house learning & development team. They're here to support you in becoming the best resourcer you can be.
