You will need to have a confident and resilient personality and feel happy to deliver Maths lessons to whole classes of up to 30 students. You will need to have a love of Maths and feel excited about the prospect of building the confidence of the students you are working alongside.

During your time as a Maths Instructor, you will be expected to plan and deliver challenging, engaging and interactive sessions that will accelerate your students' knowledge of key Maths-based concepts. You will broaden your understanding of the education system and learn about behaviour management and the different strategies and techniques that can be utilised to fully engage the students in your class.

The school are looking to meet with Maths Graduates who can start this role from September 2019 and are looking to pursue a career within Maths teaching in the future. Opportunities to progress on to teacher training in order to gain QTS are available from September 2020.
