We are looking for an ambitious Branch Manager, who wants to lead our motivated and enthusiastic team in Edinburgh city centre.
What's your industry specialism? If it's Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality or another recruitment sector, you could be just what we are looking for. Are you talented, self-motivated and thrive on developing not just yourself, but those around you? Then we very much want to talk to you and hear what you have to offer.
What you get from us???
Everyone wants to know the benefits to a new job, so let's get that one out the way first???
* Highly competitive salary,
* Achievable bonus opportunities,
* Potential for flexible working hours,
* Time in lieu accrual,
* Development opportunities such as industry accredited qualifications from the REC and world-renowned training platforms such as "Social Talent",
* Length of service benefits such as extra days' holiday and private healthcare,
* And most important of all, your birthday off every year (don't worry if it falls on the weekend, you can take another day off of your choosing).
Besides the aforementioned bonus opportunities, we offer regular and varied performance-related incentives and prizes (GBP100 restaurant vouchers most recently up for grabs). You will get the chance to have your ideas heard and implemented, as we don't like to micromanage. Instead, we have a supportive and open-minded approach. We want someone to grab this opportunity with both hands and make it their own!
Who we are???
Stafffinders is a family-led business, very much at the forefront of temporary and permanent recruitment since 1971. So much so, we have won several awards, most recent being "Outstanding Performing Business" at the 2017 ROCCO Awards. With offices in both the west and east coast, we cover the length of breadth of Scotland (also internationally thanks to the continued success of our sister company, Kingpin - who are also recruiting). Members of both APSCO and REC trade bodies, our values and ethics are very much in line with our family background. We also work closely with both community and charity organisations, recently playing an active role in raising awareness and funds for Cash for Kids and RAMH.
What we want from you???
We would like you to be enthusiastic and self-driven. Attitude is everything within the job, as you will be required to proactively drive business development through your team, in a competitive market, actively sourcing clients and candidates through a wide variety of mediums for a wide variety of roles. We need a strong leader, who loves to see their team succeed, develop and fulfil their potential. The personal touch is vital, so if you want to be figuratively tied to a desk and hide behind emails, perhaps give it a miss. You will also be required to run a successful desk yourself, very much contributing to the office sales figures. As to what you are recruiting for, again we are very much open-minded???
As for experience, we are not going to put a timescale on it, so let's talk!
So, do you think this sounds like your kind of job?
To apply, please forward us an up-to-date CV. If you want to discuss it further, please call us and ask for either Graeme (myself) or Fiona (20 years here, so what she doesn't know about working here, isn't worth knowing).
What are you waiting for??? We look forward to hearing from you
