About the role:
The Supported Volunteering Options Manager role is central to the delivery of high quality services and the development of volunteering outcomes for people who have Learning Disabilities in Bradford and surrounding localities in Yorkshire.
This exciting role involves the management of supporting staff working on volunteering projects alongside people we support both in group or individual volunteering opportunities. Remote management of this team will be part of this role. The successful candidate will need to work flexibly as the role may involve daily travel and some occasional evening and weekend work.

The role will also be the operational lead for building links and partnerships with local volunteering networks.
About you:
The job requires an individual with drive, enthusiasm and commitment. Someone with a 'can do' attitude who has the ability to look for creative solutions to meet people's supported employment needs in a way that respects their individuality.
As the Volunteering Options Manager you will have detailed knowledge and understanding of the barriers faced by people we support in accessing volunteering and the range of models or approaches to address this. You will have experience of leading and managing a team to transform, deliver and measure success of volunteering programmes.
