Reward Advisor. Sheffield. Up to GBP40000 DOE

My client is a growing organisation based in Sheffield. They have an excellent reputation locally and are an employer of choice.

Your new role

You will be working with the Head of Reward and HRIS to assist in the delivery of the companies reward operational activities. Providing specialist advice and guidance to UK HR teams on external salary benchmarking information, aligning to the companies Reward Framework.
You will help deliver of reward programmes and Support with the development and implementation of job frameworks, job evaluations and grading structures for the OpCo's. Continuously review and develop reward processes to achieve optimum efficiency, data accuracy and data quality. You will provide employee benefit administration including but not limited to employee awareness, membership accuracy and insurer requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

You will Ideally be CIPD qualified or Degree equivalent. Have will an understanding and experience of working with Reward frameworks, principles and best practice. Experience in salary bench marking and job evaluation.
