The role

We are seeking a Recruitment Partner to join our Support Centre based in Watford.

The successful candidate will play an important part within our busy recruitment team, focusing on clinical recruitment needs (Veterinary Surgeons, Veterinary Nurses and Practice Support) within a dedicated region.

This role requires an exceptional communicator who is able to build strong working relationships with various stakeholders across the business. You will be the main point of contact for your Regional Directors and Area Managers out in the field, understanding their recruitment requirements and managing the process through to completion.

Key accountabilities
  • Manage all clinical applications for your region, screen and shortlist CV's and submit to hiring managers
  • Build a pipeline of candidates and use a proactive approach to sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and specialist platforms
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers, understand their recruitment needs and supporting them through the recruitment process
  • Manage live job adverts across various platforms
  • Support with the on-boarding process including references, ensuring relevant documents have been obtained
  • Update and maintain the ATS
  • Act as point of contact for agencies on the PSL, building effective relationships to support our recruitment needs
Skills and experience
  • Previous HR/Recruitment experience within an in-house setting or agency
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience using ATS systems
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure
  • Enthusiastic with an up-beat attitude and good sense of humour!
  • Strong team player
