Credit Control Accounts Assistant (Working Capital)
We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Assistant with Credit Control experience, internally we call this "Working Capital Assistant".

The Credit Control Accounts Assistant Opportunity:
+ Supporting the credit control function through daily technical processing
+ Monthly bank reconciliations ensuring processes are consistent
+ Supporting the Management Accountant, ensuring deficiencies are in place
+ Improve credit control operational systems and processes to support growth
+ Process approximately 150 purchase invoices on a weekly basis
+ Upload invoices on to the in-house system
+ Reconciling supplier statements and resolving supplier queries
+ Experience as a Credit Controller is essential
+ A working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Outlook
+ Will have a keen eye for detail with excellent numeracy, customer service and people skills
You may have worked in the following capacities:
Accounts Receivable Clerk, Credit Control Clerk, Credit Control Assistant, Credit Control, Accounts Assistant, Accounts Administrator.
