37.5hrs per week

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Social Impact Bond (SIB) Bristol team as a Manager.  SIB is a new initiative working with 125 identified individuals across Bristol who have a history of prolonged or repeat episodes of rough sleeping.

Our vision is to work with each person for three and a half years and for individuals to have their own home, good health and access to opportunities to enjoy this, and for the recovery network to sustain them in this by the end of the project.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day delivery and progress of all aspects of the service and managing, supporting and motivating the team. You will also ensure that the team work holistically; analysing case histories to identify root causes of prolonged rough sleeping and working with clients and other agencies, to develop creative person-led, sustainable pathways to recovery.

We are looking for a passionate, committed and insightful individual, with demonstrable experience of outreach, housing or working with homeless people. You will also have proven experience of managing a team and a target driven, high profile programme. A solution-focused approach to helping vulnerable people and the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with various stakeholders, is also required.

In return, we offer a range of benefits including a pension scheme, staff discounts scheme and initiatives to help you maintain a healthy work/life balance. We are also committed to providing our staff with a wide range of learning and development opportunities; in support of their personal and professional development.
