Above all we are looking for inspirational, committed individuals who have a genuine desire to support people to rebuild their lives, and you will receive training and support so that you can deliver high quality services, while developing your skills and gaining on going knowledge of the criminal justice system.

In return, we offer a range of benefits including a pension scheme, staff discounts scheme and initiatives to help you maintain a healthy work/life balance.
