The Together Housing Group based from Pendleton Salford, is currently enjoying a period of growth – to support our service delivery plans we are looking for a new Management Administration Officer who can join our team in Salford and assist the Senior Management Team & the Director team with a comprehensive & confidential support / administration service. The role will be based out of Salford, Manchester.

The key day to day duties of the successful candidate, to operate as a Management Administration Officer will be:


  • Provide personal assistance to the Director of Neighbourhoods and the Pendleton Senior Management Team in the execution of their duties.
  • Be the main point of co-ordination for the effective management of meetings, visits or any other matters relating to the running of the Pendleton FI contract.
  • Provide a full range of support/ admin duties, including production of correspondence, filing, agenda preparation, minute taking and the effective operation of office equipment.
  • Maintain/ develop electronic and paper-based filing systems in order to ensure the accurate and rapid retrieval of information.
  • Manage and maintain the electronic schedules as directed.
