Recruitment Resourcer/Sourcer - 12 Month Contract - Reading

Our client based in the financial services sector are looking for a Sourcer to join thier team.

This will be a hands on, client facing role that will be based onsite. You will be managing a large volume of IT roles.

You will need the following skills and experince:

• Demonstrable track record in successfully sourcing and qualifying senior level candidates within an agency or in-house role is essential
• Creative sourcing skills with the proven ability to close niche roles
• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
• Experience in financial services is desirable

Interviews slots are available next week and it will be a fast moving process.
