The role

We now have an opportunity for an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join emh homes in Coalville to deliver a specialist service within the Housing and Neighbourhood team.

Within this key position, you will specialise on anti-social behaviour with an aim to combat social and financial inclusion. Overseeing medium and high-level cases of ASB cases, including harassment, drug-related complaints, hate crime and domestic violence, you will progress them to court acting as a professional witness and be an effective ambassador for emh. It is important that you build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, MP’s and councillors and you will implement strategies and policies that put us with the sector best.

 

The ideal candidate

We are looking for an ASB Officer with experience of managing a patch base of schemes and properties with a track record in delivering customer centred and effective services. You will have a solid understanding of operation housing law, housing management and ASB practise management along with knowledge of legislative and regulatory expectations of the sector. A strong negotiator and influencer, the successful candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for delivering good customer services and will be committed to equality and diversity issues within service delivery.
