  • You will report to and work closely with the CEO to develop objectives and key results, putting in place initiatives to meet those objectives

Your Responsibilities:

Strategy

  • Creating, planning and executing the overall strategy for customer acquisition
  • Owning and refining the customer value proposition
  • Developing, maintaining and internally communicating buyer personas

  • Exploring and testing new channels (e. trade shows, podcasts, videos)

Reporting

  • Creating reports and dashboards that provide us with the insights we need to make smart decisions
  • Analysing all aspects of the funnel and identifying areas for improvement

General

  • Working closely with the sales team and designers to deliver sales collateral including presentation decks and other material
  • Automating digital efforts where possible, to spend more time on 'smart' activities

About You

  • You're data-driven: There's only one way you know if you're doing a good job, and that's from the metrics. To move the needle forward you look to run experiments. You know how to ask the right questions, run the right tests, and get to actionable conclusions. You're comfortable both defining KPIs and being accountable for them
  • You have impressive digital marketing experience: You have proven experience in all aspects of digital marketing. You have managed a budget to drive campaigns and you have a track record of successful and sustainable customer acquisition
  • You're a self-starter: You're used to working in an independent, hands-on and pragmatic manner. You will get on with 'doing' and pull in whoever is needed to make decisions so nothing slows you down
  • You know what makes great content marketing: With the ability to execute on these plans and measure the impact
  • You're technically skilled: Whether it's setting up complicated email workflows, generating reports from data spread across multiple sources or implementing sophisticated automation - you enjoy leveraging technology and you have the skillset to do it

The Package

  • The opportunity to grow with the company and be part of a highly talented team where all voices are valued
  • The tools and resources you need to do your best work and become the best you can be
  • A culture of autonomy, trust and leadership at all levels
