Shrub End Facility Supervisor

Job Description

Colchester United Football in the Community are looking to recruit a Facility Supervisor on a part time basis. Football in the Community are based at Shrub End Community Sports Centre which has recently undergone renovation with a brand new 3G pitch as well as refurbished facilities throughout the centre. The successful candidate will be expected to co-ordinate activities taking place at the centre as well as making sure the site runs operationally throughout the opening times.The work will be varied with the ability to work independently being essential. You must have a genuine interest and enthusiasm for community sport, working as part of a team with a can do attitude. Applicants must have good communication and problem solving skills.

This position requires flexibility as the role requires evening and weekend work depending on the usage of the facility.
