Horticultural Service Manager

The Company
Established over 100 years ago, this family run business is a market leader within the agricultural, construction and ground care industry. Due to continued and exciting growth a position has become available for a Horticultural Service Manager to join the business in the Cambridge area.
The Role
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Service office, covering both domestic and professional horticultural machinery repairs. You will also be responsible for organising and managing the existing service staff, customer relations and branch profitability.
Requirements
* A good knowledge of ground care equipment
* Ability to diagnose hydraulic and electrical faults
* Knowledge of horticultural machinery
* Full driving license
* Excellent customer service skills
* Previous managerial experience would be an advantage
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
