Our client is one of the UK’s leading on-site and off-site shredding companies, providing confidential document and data shredding services throughout England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland.
They have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Credit Control Administrator to join their team in Purfleet.
In the role you will work within the Credit Control department and Sales Ledger, carrying out the required administration to ensure we have excellent channels of communication with customers, and that our direct debit process is run efficiently.
The role will also oversee the settings against customers for credit control purposes and the allocation of credit controllers to new customers. In addition, you will provide a great customer service experience, dealing with queries arising from direct debit collection runs.
They will support you through an AAT level 3 so you must have a desire to work within a finance role and will need to have a minimum of GCSE grade B or equivalent as well as A Level’s grades A–E or equivalent (or expecting to achieve). In addition, you will have excellent communication, both written and verbal, and demonstrate good customer service skills.
