Materials Coordinator - Grimsby - Up to GBP25,000

Chase & Holland are working with a well-established, reputable and fast-growing business who are recruiting for a Materials Coordinator to join their Supply Chain team based in the Grimsby area.

Reporting directly to the Head of Supply, the Materials Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring production schedules are achieved through effective planning of inbound materials for all parts of the company.

Key duties of this role will include:

* Managing the flow of materials to meet production demands

* Monitoring stock levels to ensure inventory targets are upheld

* Working closely with various stakeholders to investigate and rectify supply issues

* Proactively identifying and assisting with continuous improvement opportunities

* Building and maintaining good supplier relations

* Expediting orders from various sources


?? Experience of planning in a complex manufacturing environment

?? Strong communications and interpersonal skills

?? Key strengths in attention to detail

?? Ability to work in pressured environments and tight deadlines

?? A background in Procurement would be advantageous
