Temporary Cleaner Required

We are seeking a temporary Cleaner for a local Southend based client.

The ideal candidate would have experience of cleaning and able to lift equipment up and down stairs.

The job role is to ensure all areas are well maintained, safe and efficiently run to a high standard.

Examples of daily duties include:

* Cleaning corridors and reception areas: this includes mopping, vacuuming, sweeping and polishing

* Externally checking areas for litter and removing

* Moving the bins and putting them for collection

* Repairing equipment and placing orders for cleaning supplies

* Changing light bulbs as and when required

* Checking locks on doors and communal area cupboards

* Reporting back to head office on any cleaning or maintenance issues on a daily basis

* Any other general tasks as may be required in relation to the safe keeping of the communal areas.

A driving licence for this role would be desired.
