Our client is a world leader in its sector with a strong record of success and revenues of over GBP200 million. Having grown the HR & Training function and brought in a new system, the business is now seeking a strong Systems Training professional to help the business to embed use of a wide range of new systems and help the organisation to maintain and further develop a tech-enabled self-service culture.

This is a stable and growing business with a professional yet warm and open culture. The HR and Training team is close-knit, the Senior Management team operates an approachable open-door policy and the business is people-focused.

If you are a Systems Trainer, IT Trainer or L&D project professional with a strong systems training and continuous-improvement background predominantly gained in a commercially-minded environment and are looking for a new challenge in driving systems usage and culture change training programmes then this may be the role for you.

This is a position that will let you make your role your own while partnering with your wider HR, Training, IT, Ops and Senior Management client groups. While you will predominantly be Head Office based your remit could cover up to 1000 people across the company's far reaching locations and you will be expected to be strategic but also operational on a day to day basis. As such there may be some travel required with the position as you get to know the stakeholders, but for the most part the role should settle into a head office base working for the Head of L&D Operations and driving change via the training programmes that you design and deliver.

On a day to day basis you will find yourself fact-finding, designing and delivering highly effective blended learning solutions across the business, regularly working as part of a project group and liaising with stakeholders at all levels. The role will therefore require the following skills and experience:

* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills

* Proven training experience, with experience in developing, building and delivering engaging content

* Experience of CRM systems training and related processes

* Strong stakeholder management skills

* Experience in utilising e-learning tools or software (desirable)

* Experienced in the use of other media such as video in a blended learning environment.

* In depth knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar platforms.

* Exposure to a wide range of systems or culture change projects in large, global businesses (desirable)

* Strong written English skills for documentation, instruction and additional training content.

* Demonstrable experience in IT or Systems areas.

This is a high profile systems trainer position within the business and my client is seeking a high-performing candidate who can get to grips with the challenges at hand, further embed systems usage and culture change into the business and drive improvements and change.

In return, my client is offering a salary of up to GBP35k plus very competitive benefits including pension and bonus potential.
