Are you a sophisticated professional passionate about delivering a first-class aids and adaptations service in a customer-focussed way? If so read on…
You’ll be joining an established Asset Management Team working with our customers, external agencies, contractors and other teams within MSV to provide an excellent service whilst maintaining control of quality of works, budgets and key performance indicators.  You’ll work collaboratively across MSV championing customer needs, taking ownership of requests for adaptations services, ensuring that they are prioritised and progressed in good time.
But you won’t be sat in an office, hiding behind your laptop!  This is a hands on role at the heart of the service that MSV delivers to its customers, so your effective communication skills and ability to understand with empathy the diverse needs of our customers will be key.
Suitably experienced, flexible and adaptable with strong problem solving skills, you’ll be highly motivated, innovative and driven to ensure that adaptations services meet the needs of the residents concerned and offer good value for money. You’ll also be a strong team player with the ability to communicate with colleagues, customers, partners and external agencies in line with our high performance culture and the ‘MSV Way’.
This is a 12-month full time post and the hours of work are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.  You’ll be based at our head office in Trafford, Manchester, however our agile style of working and flexible working hours mean that if you need to collect the kids from school, no problem.  Want to work late finishing a report and take the time back the next day, go ahead.  We know that a committed and dedicated member of the MSV team doesn’t clock watch.  Our focus is on getting the job done!
We offer an excellent benefits package including a company pension scheme, life assurance, employee assistance programme, flexi time and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
