Access to Learning Coordinator
Starting September 2019
de Stafford is looking for a reliable, dynamic, and committed Access to Learning Coordinator to support the school in providing all students the opportunity to flourish and fulfil their academic, social and personal potential within a calm, happy and purposeful school environment based on a culture of high expectations and mutual respect.
The role will involve a natural interface with the SEN and Head of Year teams. You will need excellent organisational skills and confidence in communicating with a range of different stakeholders, including parents.
Candidates will have a minimum grade C (4) in GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
A qualification in SEN, e.g. NVQ, or experience of working with young people would be an advantage, but not essential.
32.5 hours per week (Hours: 8.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday, 39 weeks per year
GLF Pay scales G6 £16,355 - £18,767 pro rata (£21,253 - £24,387 FTE)
Salary negotiable dependent on experience
