The role

We now have opportunities for two reliable and professional Administration Officers to join emh homes to provide support for our Housing and Neighbourhoods team.

You will be responsible for providing general administrative duties, meet and greet visitors, respond to enquiries, coordinate meetings and ensure the office area is presentable. You will also manage housing officer calendars and schedule appointments for planned visits as well as monitoring the property keys ensuring they are booked out and received so we meet our turnaround times.

The ideal candidate

Educated to GCSE level in English and Maths (Grade C or above), the successful candidate will have experience from within a reception / office environment. With strong communication skills (both verbal and written), you will have experience of dealing with members of the public in person and by telephone.

You will have good organisational skills, be competent in Excel, Powerpoint and Visio, and have the ability to multitask. A team player, you will be approachable and possess excellent interpersonal skills, ideally with experience of social housing.
