The role
We now have an opportunity for a Housing and Neighbourhoods Manager to join emh homes in Leicester to help develop the Housing and Neighbourhoods service ensuring its the best in the sector.
Providing day to day leadership of your team, you will work with other areas of the business to ensure a strong customer focus and influence is at the core of our services. You will lead and develop our customer and admin hub enabling us to achieve our strategic purpose and objectives ensuring customer satisfaction with services. Further to this you will build and maintain strong links with external partners such as Crime and Disorder support agencies to help us manage anti-social behaviour
The ideal candidate
We are seeking an experienced individual with strong housing management knowledge. You must have a track record of delivering customer centred services and have a sound knowledge of legislative and regulatory expectations of the housing sector also with best practice relating to housing and neighbourhood services. Confident and assertive, you will be able to provide strong leadership and make sound decisions along with having the ability to resolve management issues. Project management and IT skills are also essential for this position.
