Who will I be working for?

We’re now looking for a number of Care Workers to join our team on a full time and part time basis. Internally, this role is known as Healthcare Assistant.

- Standard rate of £9.01 – £9.23 per hour depending on qualifications

- Weekend rate of £9.82 - £10.26 per hour depending on qualifications

- Overtime rate of £10.09 - £10.34 per hour depending on qualifications

What will I be doing?

 

As a Care Worker, you’ll deliver high-quality care to our residents, ensuring they receive the comfort, reassurance and dignity they deserve.

 

In this exciting role, you’ll act as a vital link between our residents, our RGNs (Registered Nurses) and other staff in the home.

 

Some of your duties will include:

 

- Helping to provide personal care, such as washing and dressing

- Making beds and ensuring residents are comfortable

- Helping to serve meals

 

What do I need?

 

Whilst previous experience is not essential, to join us as one of our Care Workers, you’ll need:

 

- A positive attitude

- The ability to work well as part of a team

- Great interpersonal and communication skills

- A proactive approach

 

A qualification and/or experience in care would be beneficial.

 

Other organisations may call this role Trainee Care Worker, Care Assistant, Care Home Assistant, Trainee Support Worker, Junior Social Care Worker, Junior Healthcare Worker or Trainee Healthcare Co-ordinator.

 

This role is available on a full or part time basis. We’re looking for individuals to cover a range of hours, including weekends only, weekdays and weekends and days and nights (week and weekend).
