We are a growing company, with like-minded and driven individuals, all strung together to provide the finest fish, to the UK’s best restaurants and kitchens. We work with local fishermen to provide the freshest catch.
Are you looking for a new challenge and would like to join our team? We are currently seeking:
Experienced Fish Filleters (Must have at least 2 years’ experience and be of the best quality, have a reasonable understanding of the differences of the bone structure between flat and round fish. Quality is paramount, along with working efficiently and safely. Must have confidence in the filleting process and work to deadlines.)
Experience is great, though not always essential, but a passion for fish is important. We have good rates of pay the right individuals. This is a full-time, permanent role.
