Essar Oil UK is a leading UK-focused downstream energy company whose main asset is the Stanlow Manufacturing Complex, one of the most advanced refineries in Europe and situated close to the major cities of Liverpool and Manchester. Stanlow is a key strategic national asset, annually producing over 16% of the UK’s road transport fuels, while playing an important part in Britain’s petrochemical industry by providing key feedstocks.
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a HRBP to join our well-established HR Team at Stanlow. Primarily, this role is to support the delivery of key projects relating to Essar’s transformation programme. You will ensure it is in line and compliant with HR strategies and objectives.
Your accountabilities will include overseeing the progress and support of initiatives, together with identifying appropriate leads for implementation. You will support the Project Manager and feedback to the Transformation Programme Director, whilst working collaboratively with the HR department. Operating within a culture of continuous improvement, you will strive for seamless delivery and working collaboratively with various stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have solid HR capacity experience in a similar position delivering transformational programmes and supporting/managing projects. You will ideally be CIPD qualified, or working towards, and have the ability to drive change and transformation.
